Sunday, Aug 29, is a different kind of performance:

we are NOT-playing at the Red LionInn.  very zen
      But...WHY?
The truth, children, is that, as Edward G. Robinson once so persuasively put it,
"Yeahhhh, you can still dish it out, seeeeeee?  But you got so you can't take it any more!"
And not even the Indefidtigable Mr. Solberg and his Mighty Minions can play in Chicago on Saturday and Stockbridge on Sunday.  What's that, you say? FLEETWOOD MAC can? Sure, but they have an airplane.
      Our amigo and now-and-again bandmember

      Kevin Thompson
will do us the honor of filling in.

In return, we are covering his Kleinhan's gig later this winter.
